Who we are

What we collect

• Contact-form fields you choose to send: name, email, topic and message. A hidden honeypot field is used only to drop automated posts.
• Server and hosting logs created by Vercel, such as IP address, user agent and requested path, for security and reliability.
• Essential cookies that the host or form provider may set to deliver the page. We do not run an advertising pixel.

How messages are forwarded

The form posts to /api/contact on this site. The server then forwards the contents to FormSubmit for delivery to callum.sherwood.seo@gmail.com. FormSubmit’s own terms and privacy notice also apply to that hop.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for health records, Medicare numbers, or photographs of your face for “assessment”. Do not send clinical images or other people’s personal information. If you do, we will delete the message when we notice it.

Retention and your rights

Editorial correspondence is kept only as long as needed to answer you or record a correction. Australian readers may request access or deletion by emailing callum.sherwood.seo@gmail.com. Hosting logs follow the host’s retention cycle.

Overseas processing

Hosting and form delivery may use servers outside Australia. We still treat the Australian Privacy Principles as the baseline for this small publication.

Children

This site discusses adult cosmetic procedures and is not directed at children.
